Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in office operations, i.e., day-to-day administrative and operational duties, data entry of relevant information into database, etc.
  2. Assist in course administration such as preparation of quotation and invoices, class enrollment, sending course confirmation emails, etc.
  3. Work closely with the sales team to generate leads, participate in client meetings, and contribute to the development of client relationships.
  4. Understand and interpret client business and technical requirements in order to translate product benefit across all types of clients and partners.
  5. Support the sales team in calling and qualifying leads.
  6. Ensure that client follow-ups are in place and completed in a timely manner.
  7. Manage billings.

Requirements:

  1. Undergraduate/Degree in any related discipline
  2. Technologically-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Self-motivated, independent and able to work in dynamic environment
  5. Vocal, optimistic and charismatic personality

Working hours:

  1. 10-15 hours per week
  2. At least 5 hours per shift within Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 19:00

Salary:

  1. $10 to $15 per hour (progressive with commitment period)
  2. Performance Bonus
