Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in office operations, i.e., day-to-day administrative and operational duties, data entry of relevant information into database, etc.
  2. Assist in course administration such as preparation of quotation and invoices, class enrollment, sending course confirmation emails, etc.
  3. Work collaboratively with Management team to support the maintenance of client databases, manage enquiries, follow up and fostering of good relationships with clients.
  4. Support the sales team in calling and qualifying leads.
  5. Respond to enquiries from interested clients via various channels (Email, WhatsApp).
  6. Ensure that client follow-ups are in place and completed in a timely manner.
  7. Manage billings.
  8. Provide relevant support and other ad-hoc duties when necessary.

Requirements:

  1. Undergraduate/Degree in any related field.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and online collaboration tools.
  4. Self-motivated, independent and able to work in a dynamic environment.
  5. Students are welcomed to apply.

Working hours:

  1. 12-20 hours per week
  2. At least 4-5 hours per shift within Monday to Friday (10:00 - 19:00)

Salary:

  1. $10 to $15 per hour (progressive with commitment period)
  2. Performance bonus

5 minute walk from Jurong East MRT
