Job Summary:
  • Looking for candidates available to work:
    • Monday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening
    • Tuesday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening
    • Wednesday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening
    • Thursday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening
    • Friday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening
  • No experience required for this role
  • Expected salary: $2,400 - $3,500 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit monthly GST and Payment to HQ Finance Controller and Tax Director for review.
  • Compile and submit Quarterly GST Returns to HQ Finance Controller, Tax Director and Country Manager for review and approval before submission to Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).
  • Work closely and support HQ Finance Controller on yearly audit function with local Audit Agency. Ensure completion of Audit and filing prior to the due date.
  • Support HQ tax department on preparation and filing of Yearly Income Tax and ECI.
  • Responsible for all Account Payable and Receivable Preparation. Submit monthly aging report for local Partnerstores and Affiliate Networks.
  • Maintain Bookkeeping for MASG and GMTSS Bank account.
  • Prepare and provide Event expenses Report for all MASG Events.
  • Prepare and submit Purchase Request Form and staff claims for review and approval.
  • Provide and support all administrative job assigned by Superior.
  • Monitor, prepare and submit any grants, productivity and innovation credit (PIC) from IRAS which is applicable to SG Corporate Office.
  • Check and conduct monthly replenishment of Stationery and Pantry supply.
  • Support assignment assigned for MASG Events.
  • Complete ad hoc assignments in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Process at least A-Level or Diploma in Accounting or Professional Certification, ACCA and have relevant working experience in accounting line.
  • Familiar with Singapore Finance Reporting Standards, Corporate Tax and GST statutory requirements.
  • Experience in preparation and submission of GST, ECI and Audit.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Package, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to work under pressure, independent with minimal supervision, self-initiative and good communication skills.
  • Willing to take extra duties on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays to support events.
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
