Our client is a Manufacturing MNC. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting an Executive Assistant to be part of their Admin Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East Area, easily accessible.
Duties of Executive Assistant:
- Prepare materials, reports, and presentations for meetings and business discussions
- Conduct basic research and organize data for reports and presentations
- Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and expense claims for senior executives
- Handle expat management, including accommodation, schooling, and visa matters
- Organize company events across the region
- Act as a liaison between staff and IT for issue resolution
- Oversee office equipment, vendor contracts, and procurement of goods and services
- Manage office facilities, inventory, and travel coordination for regional teams
- Assist with corporate events and reception duties when needed
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
