Position: Admin Assistant- SIMPLE DUTIES
Location: Near Pasir Panjang MRT
Working hours: 5 days work week Monday -Friday (9.30am - 6.30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2700 + Performance Bonus + 14 days annual leaves
Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
Support daily operation activities, logistic documentations (release letter, requisition form), create and update schedules in MS Excel.
Receive and arrange stocks.
Liaise with logistics company to arrange incoming shipments from overseas suppliers.
Prepare Delivery Order, Goods Receipt Note, job sheet, Sale invoice, or other necessary logistic documents and liaise with service provider on the collection and delivery.
Requirements:
Attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and ability to work under pressure; ability to collaborate and work as a team.
Able to maintain good concentration and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates for business communications.
