Senior Specialist Facility Services - Your future position?

In this role, you will be the on-site key point of contact for employees and the IFM vendor. You will work with the IFM vendor to manage and resolve soft facilities operation issues. Your role is also to ensure our IFM vendor meets all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract.

1. Internal Stakeholder Management

• Proactively engage internal stakeholders to ensure that service expectations are met.
• Build and develop effective stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisation.
• Act as the on-site key point of contact for the IFM vendor and employees.
• Implement and ensure escalation procedures are in place and observed for problem reporting.
• Organise and manage Givaudan's IFM Committee.
• Co-ordinate and monitor the contractor management program.
• Provide advisory to the IFM vendor on operational issues.
• Review monthly financial reports including the preparation of accruals and variance.
• Prepare monthly management reports for Givaudan's Management Committee and IFM committee.
• Provide feedback on the IFM's staff and suggest relevant training to the IFM.
• Administer the master data for the approval process in the vendor's application.
• Negotiate the terms with the IFM vendor with support from IM&S.
• Together with stakeholders, develop initiatives and strategies that lead to cost savings and service improvement.
• Active review of service offerings through IFM.

Your professional profile includes:

• Above 5 years' experience in managing various soft facilities.
• Candidates with training and experience from hospitality and service industries are welcomed.
• Exposure to office, laboratory, or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
• Knowledge of vendor management for outsourced services is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, building, business, engineering, or other related fields.
