Encapsulation Research Associate - Your future position?

As a Research Associate, you will perform research activities and document results to develop improved and new products and solutions within your area of expertise, according to our goals and corporate strategy.

Location: 1 Pioneer Turn

Reporting to: Research Scientist

Main Responsibilities

1. Research activities

• Implement scientific/technical projects within Project Management System, deliver and document results
• Independently execute planned research projects
• Maintain a clean, safe and orderly laboratory environment observing EHS guidelines
• Be alert to and highlight opportunities to develop IP and protect inventions

• Develop scientific excellence in your field
• Work with suppliers
• Contribute to development of research methods and technical planning
• Keep up to date on scientific advancements in the field

Main Requirements

• Masters Degree in relevant areas (Sciences)
• Expertise in any of the possible research areas (e.g. Design of (bio)polymers, microencapsulation, emulsions, sustainable materials, analytical chemistry, bio-macromolecules, and many more)
• Experience in R&D project management
