Job summary
A leading fashion company in Singapore is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to drive online revenue growth. You will manage our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience, while collaborating with marketing and merchandising teams. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of managerial experience in e-commerce, particularly in the fashion or footwear industry. Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies is essential. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a dynamic environment.

- Minimum of 5 years of E-Commerce managerial experience or similar role.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the fashion or footwear industry.

- Work closely with our Marketing Team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement new technologies, tools, and strategies to enhance e-commerce operations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and e-commerce regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of E-Commerce managerial experience or a similar role.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the fashion or footwear industry.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
