In the role, you will play a pivotal role in steering growth in the Travel Retail online business, namely for pre-orders and post-travel sales from over 36 million travellers on SIA and Scoot annually.
Your responsibilities encompass overseeing online Pre-order/Post Travel online sales, profit and loss, optimising KrisShop’s traveller website to drive traffic and conversion and promotion set-up, marketing strategy to build awareness across various touchpoints (online and offline), and working with various internal stakeholders including merchandising, operations, cabin crew, communications team etc. to expand the product range, control costs, optimise capacity and facilitate the functional success.
