About the Role This job is ideal for people who are interested in eCommerce with a focus on TikTok. This role offers hands-on experience in supporting live-streaming activities, managing influencer relationships, and assisting with inventory and product preparations. Interns will gain valuable skills in eCommerce operations within TikTok’s marketplace, working closely with KOLs and contributing to high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Support live-stream activities, including moderating streams, handling audience interactions, and managing technical aspects.
Assist with KOL networking, scheduling, and coordinating logistics for live-stream events.
Prepare and clean up demo samples for live-streams and ensure all items are in optimal condition.
Monitor and count inventory for samples and regular products, ensuring accurate stock levels.
Help develop and manage product listings, content calendars, and assortment strategies on TikTok.
Assist in planning and executing promotional events for campaigns such as 8.8., 9.9., Singles Day, and Christmas sales.
Additional Opportunities
Engage in online merchandising and content planning specifically for TikTok’s marketplace.
Collaborate with CRM on targeted TikTok campaigns, tracking engagement and analyzing results.
Contribute to KPI reporting and analysis to ensure optimal performance on TikTok.
Maintain smooth daily e-commerce operations, tracking metrics like conversion rates, click-through rates, and engagement.
Support customer acquisition efforts through KOL and influencer collaborations, sampling campaigns, and online-offline integration strategies.
