Job summary
A leading commercial kitchen equipment provider in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to conduct market research, collaborate with teams on product localization, and manage the development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration, more than 5 years of experience in the industry, and proficiency in Japanese. This role offers opportunities to work closely with international partners and refine product concepts to align with market trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in commercial kitchen equipment.
- Experience in overseas business and product planning.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, consumer analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to localize product offerings.
- Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to commercialization.

- Prepare Japanese‑language documentation, input materials, and review reports to conduct meetings with HQ design, engineering, and procurement teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience working in a commercial/industrial kitchen equipment manufacturer.
- Experience in overseas business and overseas product planning.
- Business level of Japanese proficiency to liaise with Japanese‑speaking counterparts and Japan HQ.
