A financial technology leader in Singapore seeks a Sales Trading Associate to conduct data analysis for electronic fixed income trading. You'll generate insights to guide business strategies and support client onboarding processes. Strong Excel skills and experience with BI tools are essential, alongside effective communication and organizational abilities. This position offers opportunities for growth within a collaborative work environment.
As a Sales Trading Associate based in Singapore, you will immerse yourself in the fast-evolving landscape of electronic fixed income trading. Your day-to-day responsibilities will centre around producing insightful data analyses that empower decision-makers across APAC. By partnering with sales leaders and strategy experts, you will help shape business direction through clear reporting on market trends and performance metrics. Your ability to translate raw data into compelling stories will be crucial when presenting findings to both internal stakeholders and external clients. In addition to analytical tasks, you will play an essential role in onboarding new counterparties—ensuring every step from documentation through training is handled efficiently. Your efforts will directly contribute to building long-term relationships with clients while supporting their ongoing engagement with the platform.
To excel as a Sales Trading Associate in this organisation, your background should reflect proven experience within financial services—ideally involving exposure to fixed income products or electronic trading environments. Your technical expertise in Excel will be complemented by familiarity with modern BI tools or programming languages used for data analysis. Beyond technical skills, your interpersonal strengths—such as empathy for client needs, reliability as a team member, and sensitivity towards collaborative goals—will set you apart. You should feel comfortable managing competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy in your work. A genuine enthusiasm for sharing knowledge during client training sessions or internal meetings will further enhance your impact in this role.
This organisation stands out as a leader in financial technology solutions across Asia Pacific by championing collaboration among its talented professionals. Employees benefit from an inclusive culture where teamwork is celebrated and individual contributions are recognised. The company invests heavily in employee development through ongoing training opportunities designed to keep skills sharp amid industry changes. Flexible working arrangements are available so you can balance personal commitments alongside professional ambitions. With access to cutting‑edge technology platforms and regular engagement with senior leadership teams, you’ll find ample scope for career progression here—all within an environment that values kindness, dependability, shared success, and mutual respect among colleagues.
Do note that we will only be in touch if your application is shortlisted.
