Role Description
The Business Development Manager identifies and assesses new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with client and contract requirements. They collaborate with Airswift departments to implement strategies and manage local registrations, company setups, and in-country operations. The role involves working closely with Account and Recruitment Managers to allocate resources effectively and overseeing the handover of new opportunities. The manager liaises with satellite offices, manages tender submissions, and keeps senior management updated on progress toward targets. This position requires both office-based and travel-based business development, including international travel, while adhering to Airswift’s quality processes.
