Regional Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing Group and Business Unit/s' finance and accounting divisions;
• Manage Group and its Business Unit/s' financial planning, including but not limited to cashflow management, budget management, mid-term and long-term finance review, risk management, cost-benefit analysis, etc. for operation and for newly investment;
• Manage company's consolidated finance report and its Business Unit/s' financial reports to ensure all reports are accurate, completed in a timely manner and comply with any standard requirements by the law and the needs of the business;
• Prepare, analyse and present cash flow, balance sheet, and P&L to management as well as shareholders;
• Effective management of company and Business Unit/s Taxation Issues including Tax planning;
• Responsible for set up and compliance to regular Internal Audit across the Business Unit/s;
• Drive ongoing initiatives to maintain cost savings and ensure that the operation is managed on a least cost culture;
• Set up, implement and improve finance and accounting policy and SOP for Group and Business Unit/s;
• The role shall lead a team of finance managers, analysts, accountants, and executives from Business Unit/s;
• Recruit, train and motivate the team and ensure right productivity;
• Plan, set up, implement, and audit each Business Unit/s and new business Finance and Accounting Department;
• Any other instruction by the Top Management.

Requirements:

• MBA and Accounting degree and at least 5 years as Head of Finance with regional exposure and culturally diversified environment;
• With ACCA and experience with Auditor firm;
• Strong knowledge of Cambodia Taxation Regulations. Able to do tax planning;
• Demonstrated strong legal, Tax, Auditing and Treasury skills;
• Highly confident and competent, great in collaborating ideas, communicating ideas across broad structure and getting the “buy-ins” from key management;
• Decisive in getting plans well implemented, a great negotiator and interpersonal skills, strategic planner yet hands-on in getting things done, caring and a good listener who enjoys working within a multi-cultural environment;
• Good command of spoken/written/presentation in English, and ability to work with multi-levels and culturally-diversified team dynamics.
