The Client:

Our client is a leading FMCG company seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support their dedicated workforce of 100 employees based in Yanbu, KSA.

The Role:

As the HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in aligning the human resources strategy with the organization's objectives. This role demands a proactive approach to managing recruitment, performance, and attendance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.

1. Talent Acquisition: Lead and manage the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent, with the potential to hire and develop an HR Assistant on an operations scale.
2. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, coaching programs, and growth plans to ensure continuous improvement.
3. Attendance & Compliance: Monitor and manage attendance, ensuring adherence to labor laws and internal policies.
4. Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to both management and employees, resolving issues and driving a positive organizational culture.
5. HR Strategy: Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals, ensuring workforce optimization for quality functions, ports, and supply chain operations.
6. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize metrics and analytics to track HR effectiveness and implement improvements.
7. Ports and Supply Chain Support: Provide HR support tailored to the unique needs of ports and supply chain sectors, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and operational requirements.

The Ideal Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Strong understanding of recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement strategies.
4. Ability to communicate and engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
5. Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills.
