Constructions Management Engineer - (KSA National)

Hill International provides program, project, and construction management services for clients in a range of sectors undertaking major construction projects across the world. Our services include cost engineering and estimating, quality assurance, inspection, scheduling, risk management, and claims avoidance.

Hill International is seeking an experienced Construction Management Engineer (E2) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing engineering and construction management services in the planning, design, and construction of projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement construction management plans, specifications, and procedures for assigned projects.
2. Monitor construction progress, inspect work, and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
3. Supervise and coordinate the activities of contractors and subcontractors.
4. Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and schedules for construction projects.
5. Provide technical guidance and support to contractors and subcontractors.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes.
7. Prepare and review reports and documentation related to construction projects.
8. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient project completion.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve any construction-related issues.
10. Provide advice and guidance to clients regarding construction and engineering matters.
11. Maintain and update records of project progress and cost.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. 10 Years Proven experience in construction management or engineering.
3. Working knowledge of construction methods, design principles, and safety regulations.
4. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
7. Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
