JOB OVERVIEW
We’re seeking a data-driven Digital Content Manager to lead our performance content ecosystem across livestream shopping (Shopee/TikTok Live), conversion-focused videos, and affiliate partnerships. You’ll craft content that not only engages but directly drives sales — blending creative strategy with ROI-focused execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Livestream Commerce Operations
Manage end-to-end Shopee/TikTok Live strategy, from pre-production to real-time performance tracking.
Develop “shoppable” content frameworks to convert viewers into buyers.
Coordinate hosts for maximum sales impact. - Performance Video Production
Create high-converting video assets optimized for product discovery.
Repurpose livestream highlights into evergreen, sales-driving content.
Conduct A/B testing on thumbnails, hooks, and CTAs. - Affiliate & Partnership Growth
Engage and manage affiliate partners to expand product reach.
Develop co-marketing content packages for affiliates.
Track affiliate-driven conversions and optimize commission structures. - Data & Optimization
Establish KPIs such as conversion rates, CTR, and average order value per stream.
Conduct weekly performance deep dives across all accounts.
Implement learnings into content strategy and playbooks. - Livestream Quality Supervision & Coaching
Work with livestream moderators to monitor host performance, visual setup, and engagement strategies.
Coach hosts and moderators on presentation skills, camera framing, audio clarity, and storytelling.
Set and enforce SOPs for livestream quality standards. - Content Library & Workflow Efficiency
Build a centralized content library with high-performing scripts, product highlights, and visual assets.
Develop SOPs to streamline livestream-to-video repurposing.
Collaborate with Creative and Data teams to align visual direction and optimize based on performance data.
Provide feedback to Product and Marketing teams based on viewer engagement and purchase behavior.
Partner with senior management and external vendors to integrate AI into content and livestream operations.
Assist in training and managing AI bots for tasks such as content suggestions, moderation, and analytics.
Lead optimization of AI-driven tools to enhance team productivity and performance.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in livestream production, social media management, or digital content creation.
