We are seeking a motivated Senior Procurement Specialist to manage relationships with Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) suppliers and optimize procurement processes.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies for ODM suppliers.
Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, performance evaluation, and risk management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality team, to align procurement strategies with company goals.
Conduct regular supplier reviews, monitor supplier performance through regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations.
Responsible for creating, negotiating, completing, and governing all contracts.
Foster strong relationships with ODM suppliers, overall supplier governance and management, including supplier relationships ownership.
Lead ongoing drive for cost improvement and annual cost reduction.
Review and analyze procurement reports.
Basic Requirements:
Candidates must have at least a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related fields is a plus.
Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier contracts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in procurement software and tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
