Senior Executive / Executive - Finance

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts including general ledger, journal, account payables, accounts receivable, profit & loss and balance sheet
• Process relevant entries in respect of payment, receipt, sales, purchase, accruals, journal entries
• Check summaries and classify petty cash claims, enter into system
• Prepare bank reconciliation
• Plan and manage accounts payable functions so as to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in the payment process
• Assist in day to day office administration duties which include keeping filing up to date (ex. Bank statement, bank in slips and payment vouchers)
• Perform other ad-hoc assignment as and when required
• To maintain timely and accurate inter-company transactions and perform regular reconciliations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in finance, preferably in the property development or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local tax laws and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in related field
