1. Support the Human Resources and Administration management.
2. HR Management: Hands-on experience in all-round areas including but not limited to supporting policy formulation and execution, manpower planning, staff recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and training and development.
3. Assist in designing, controlling, and implementing HR procedures, ensuring all documents are up to date and legally compliant.
4. Collaborate with department heads to understand talent needs, establish talent pipelines, enhance HC efficiency, and improve team engagement.
5. Participate in the annual budget & forecast, responsible for managing HR & Admin budget.
6. Support Senior HRM with ad hoc tasks as required.
