Sales Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for BYD/ Denza’s electric vehicles in the Malaysian market.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Generate leads through networking, events, and direct outreach.
Client Engagement:
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers and business partners.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that highlight the benefits and features of BYD’s EV offerings.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to electric vehicles.
- Provide feedback and insights to the management team to support product development and marketing strategies.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Sales Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
- Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on electric vehicles preferred.
Skills:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysia automotive market and electric vehicle trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
