Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing sales and marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company’s projects.
Implement strategies to grow brand presence across all platforms.
Work closely with advertising/media agencies, consultants, and suppliers on all advertising and promotional materials and media schedules.
Support the review of compelling copywriting for all marketing collaterals and other relevant communication materials.
Manage and maintain company and project websites to keep them up-to-date.
Assist in digital marketing and social media marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
Assist in planning, preparing, and executing all marketing collaterals, project videos, scale models, online marketing, and social media materials.
Coordinate with relevant parties on preparations for events, private functions, visits, and exhibitions. Assist in the creation and development of corporate gifts/merchandise.
Manage the company’s social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and any other relevant platforms.
Assist in the development of the Group’s corporate video and videos for individual projects.
Assist with administrative tasks required under Marketing. Assist in the company’s CSR initiatives and other corporate events.
Work on projects assigned by your superior, including those from the broader group of companies.
Who Are We Looking For?
Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in marketing, branding, and communications, preferably in real estate or property development.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in organizing and managing events.
Experience in organizing, pitching, and dealing with the press.
Knowledge of website management, social media management, SEO, and SEM.
Proactive and demonstrates solid collaborative skills.
Required languages: English, Malay, and Mandarin.
Proficiency in basic graphic design, copywriting, and video editing.
