Job summary
A leading agriculture company is seeking a Merchandising Jr for their team in Mexico City. The role involves supporting product line managers and ensuring accurate daily P&L reports. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years' experience in commodities merchandising or trading. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of risk management concepts are essential. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in commodities merchandising and/or trading.
- Understanding of trading and risk management concepts.
- Technical knowledge in VAR and price curves.
Responsibilities
- Daily review of future position and FX to ensure accurate P&L report.
- Balance spread and future position to avoid unwanted risk.
- Support accounting area with domestic risk management.
