We now recruit IT Business Partner

As the IT Business Partner, you have a dual role. First, you support the growth of Elisa Industriq (EIQ) businesses by acting as the liaison between the EIQ IT team and one of the Industriq companies. You will ensure IT services align with business objectives and strategies, integrating technology into the company's overall strategy. Second, you look after the business applications portfolio (e.g. finance, CRM) of the Industriq companies by collaborating with the central business functions. The current scenario of different systems in different companies is gradually consolidated into one shared business applications environment. You’ll contribute to this by looking after the consolidation efforts with colleagues at IT and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to translate business needs into IT solutions
• Jointly with the business application architect and other IndustrIQ IT teams, define and manage Elisa IndustrIQ business application portfolio
• Act as the primary IT contact for central business units
• Oversee IT project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
• Facilitate business change management and user adoption of new technologies

Requirements:

• 8+ years of IT experience in management and/or senior specialist roles
• Have been responsible for business application environments, including in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other systems used in software companies
• Knowledge of IT systems, emerging technologies, and IT Service Management processes
• Experience of working with globally distributed teams
• Experience in managing projects within business applications landscape
• Ability to analyze business problems and interpret these into IT solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Understanding of customer focus, budgeting, and resource planning
• Ability to produce high-quality documents with clear messaging
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Swedish, Finnish, Italian, or German is a plus
• Experience in software companies during scale-up or consolidation phases
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
• Willingness to travel
