Job Description

1. Deliver value by driving sales to secure new clients and projects, supporting revenue targets and business growth in Indonesia and the Asia Pacific region.
2. Oversee daily sales activities with potential and current clients to enhance customer satisfaction and meet business goals.
3. Conduct regular visits to promote services, strengthen relationships, identify new opportunities, and finalize deals.
4. Participate in client and industry events to stay informed about market trends and competitive developments.
5. Collaborate with global and regional sales teams to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies, service delivery, and client satisfaction.
6. Assess customer needs, understand service capabilities, and manage expectations for service delivery and performance.
7. Assist in responding to client inquiries and preparing business cases for capital investments.
8. Contribute to strategic planning, including three-year plans, annual forecasts, and quarterly reviews.
9. Provide regular management reports on sales pipeline, financial forecasts, pricing suggestions, and market updates.

The Successful Applicant

1. At least 5 years of proven sales experience in the mining industry, including TIC/Surveyors, Commodities Traders, or Miners.
2. Strong interpersonal, leadership, selling, and negotiation skills to meet business targets.
3. Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities for developing unique sales strategies.
4. Technical knowledge or experience in Commodities Trading and Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) services.
5. Capability to analyze complex problems and create integrated, creative solutions.
6. Proficient in gathering data, compiling information, and preparing reports.
7. Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities effectively.
8. Ability to lead, supervise, and train employees while managing work assignments.
9. Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field, with experience substitutable on a year-for-year basis.
10. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, with a valid passport and ability to obtain necessary visas.
