Senior Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for leading cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Production, Quality, MS&T, & Engineering to improve manufacturing efficiency, safety in the work environment, product quality, non-conformance investigation, and CAPA.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify, lead, and manage improvement projects related to productivity and material efficiency to meet business objectives by utilizing Lean Six Sigma concepts.
2. Optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
3. Understand the failure/non-conformance investigation requirements based on International Standards, GMP/QSR US FDA, and ISO Standards.
4. Diagnose problems, perform investigations, and develop CAPA on related production issues.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal and/or external, to develop plans for improving production productivity, quality, cost, and safety.
6. Implement Quality Control measures within Manufacturing Processes.
7. Ensure full compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
8. Support HSE implementation and performance in the Production Department, providing assistance in other assigned HSE activities by Management.

What Can You Bring to Alcon:

1. Degree in Engineering, Science, or a relevant field.
2. At least 4 years of experience.
3. Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.
4. Experience in material and productivity efficiency, process improvement, and continuous improvement.
5. Good understanding of GMP/QSR US FDA, and ISO Standards.
6. Strong analytical and investigative skills.
