Job Description

• Develop and drive corporate and business unit strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with their long-term vision and market dynamics.
• Provide insights on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
• Lead the design and execution programs, including digital, operational, and change initiatives.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects.
• Develop frameworks for change management, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in across all levels.
• Identify key performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance business efficiency and profitability.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and senior stakeholders, providing data-driven recommendations and actionable insights.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Lead project teams in delivering high-quality consulting services, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing consulting team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Guide junior consultants in problem-solving, client management, and strategic execution.
• Drive knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to the firm's intellectual capital through research and thought leadership.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including proposal development and client pitching.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop service offerings and improve consulting methodologies.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, or related fields, preferably with a top-tier consulting firm or a leading corporate strategy function.
• Strong experience leading large-scale transformation projects, including digital transformation, operational restructuring, and change management.
• Proven track record in business strategy, performance improvement, and client advisory across multiple industries.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with C-level executives.
• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
