This position is for Module Project Based in Batam.

• Supports the Project Manager in all areas of project management

• Supports the Project Manager for Project Planning, Execution & Implementation, including managing Project Deliverables - tracking, monitoring, forecasting, reporting & project hand-over

• Coordinating the Project Requirements with Engineering, Procurement, QC & Production Departments and provide direction and support to project team

• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders, and present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions

• Ensure safety standards are met

• Manage project changes, variation orders and interventions to achieve project outputs

• Familiar with Marine & Offshore Class Rules & International Construction Code

• Experience in project planning software is a plus

• Bachelor/Diploma with minimum 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas/Marine/Modular construction Management qualifications or equivalent.

• Excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision making, analysis and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to deliver oral and written project reports to senior management.

• Conversant with Project Management Software, such as MS Project or Primavera

• Minimum 5 years project management experience, with knowledge in construction of process modules and steel structures.

• Experience in Steel, E&I, Piping, Coating & Insulation work activities will be an advantage

• Good people skills and able to work with people of all backgrounds and levels.

• Ability to manage time and schedules to meet project requirements
