Green Camp Bali is looking for a dynamic and driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in promoting and growing our nature-based learning programs. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.
AS A SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER, ARE YOU?
POSITION CRITERIA
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the education, sustainability, or tourism sectors.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including experience with social media, email campaigns, SEO, and website management.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a track record of successful sales growth.
- Independent, proactive, and able to work as part of a team.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in franchise marketing and recruitment is a plus.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Passion for sustainability, education, and nature-based learning.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Bali or international markets is a plus.
TAKES RESPONSIBILITY FOR
- Sales and Participant Recruitment: Actively drive sales by targeting schools, families, and corporate clients, and developing long-lasting relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Marketing Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with Green Camp Bali’s mission and goals, including managing digital marketing efforts like social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- Franchise Marketing & Recruitment: Design and implement a franchise marketing plan and recruit like-minded franchisees globally to expand our network.
- Content Creation & Branding: Create engaging materials like brochures, presentations, and online content that reflect our sustainability values.
- Website Management: Maintain and update the Green Camp Bali website with fresh content, promotions, and program details while collaborating to enhance SEO and user experience.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on marketing and sales performance to drive decision-making and improvements.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS (by Indonesian Law)
- Must hold at least a Bachelor Degree
- Must have experience teaching in that field for a minimum of 3 years.
- Must not have any previous criminal convictions (legally required).
- Must not have Child Protection concerns on file at previous schools or workplaces.
- Must be able to provide an original copy of certifications, transcripts, diplomas and degrees (legally required).
