Bamboo Blonde is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate has expertise in brand management, digital marketing, content strategy, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and market share.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Oversee e-commerce performance and initiatives (online shop platform and website).
• Lead content strategy, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and customer engagement goals.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop demand-generation campaigns that drive qualified leads.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, content marketing, and performance marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM software, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience in the fashion, retail, or lifestyle industry is a plus.
