An international executive recruitment company, People Profilers is recruiting on behalf of a leading global Open Finance technology provider for banks, lenders, e-wallets, and online businesses for the position of Sales Enterprise Manager (remote) based in Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies that target enterprise clients within the specific territories to increase sales revenue by building strong relationships with clients and understanding their evolving needs.
• Identifying and developing partnerships with other organizations that can help the company achieve specific business goals.
• Implementing strategies to achieve overall business objectives.
• Building strong relationships with partners to identify opportunities for collaboration that can benefit both parties.
• Communicating effectively with government officials and other stakeholders to influence policy decisions.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in technical solution sales in the Financial Services Industry (FSI) as a Sales Manager or similar position.
• A proven track record of increasing sales and revenue.
• Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills and results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Organizational and leadership ability with problem-solving aptitude.
