As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, your focus will be to support the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. Other responsibilities include maintaining a safe environment, reporting any changes in residents' condition, and supporting with ordering and preparing supplies for activities.

The ideal candidate should have effective communication skills, a positive attitude towards older people, a commitment to providing quality activities, and previous experience working with older people in a residential nursing or Dementia setting.
