Adults Care and Wellbeing plays a key role in delivering our portfolio vision for people to live the life they want to live. The Practice Development Team works in conjunction with the Leadership Team and managers across Adults Care and Wellbeing services to bring our vision to life.
We are looking to recruit a HCPC registered Occupational Therapist to join the practice development team and work under the guidance of the Principal Occupational Therapist.
This role will be key in supporting Occupational Therapy staff to develop a best practice approach which reflects the voice of our customers and maintains professional standards.
In addition, the postholder will support the development of skills and knowledge across Adult, Care and Wellbeing services to ensure we have a strong focus on person centred approaches, maintaining independence and occupational justice.
This role includes line management responsibilities.
