About the Role:

As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and creative Account Designer to join our team. Based in Manchester, you will have the opportunity to work with a prestigious company that values quality and innovation. We are specifically looking for a candidate with a strong portfolio and a passion for designing high-quality, fashionable, and comfortable pieces. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our success and work with a range of high-profile clients.

Responsibilities:

• Designing innovative and trend-led Mens and kids pieces.
• Conducting research and trend analysis to ensure designs are current and competitive.
• Creating detailed technical drawings and specifications for production.
• Collaborating with our in-house development team to ensure designs are executed to a high standard.
• Attending fittings and liaising with merchandisers to ensure quality control is maintained throughout the production process.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on designing Mens and Kids garments.

Required Skills:

• Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Proficient in 3D design software (Style 3D or Clo) would be a plus.
• A keen eye for detail, with the ability to identify and interpret trends.
• The ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients.
