Digital Design Manager - Home Furnishings Group

A rapidly growing home furnishings group, renowned for its stylish and high-quality textile products, is looking for a talented Digital Design Manager to join its dynamic digital print team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a design studio, furnishing fabric producer, or digital print house - someone who has a passion for home décor, a keen eye for design, and strong commercial acumen.

Digital Design Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the digital design process for digitally printed textile furnishings, from concept to production.




• Create innovative and commercially viable designs using proprietary CAD software, including Adobe Suite.




• Collaborate with product development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure designs align with market trends and customer demands.




• Utilise AVA software (or similar CAD/CAM) to develop digital textile designs with precision and quality.




• Manage and refine design processes to enhance efficiency and meet deadlines.




• Engage with clients and customers, providing exceptional service throughout the design and production process, and supporting design-related queries.




• Analyse market trends and competitor products to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of the industry.




• Oversee the presentation of designs, ensuring high-quality visual representation across all platforms.

What We're Looking For In The Ideal Digital Design Manager:

• A strong background in home furnishings design, with proven experience in textile and product development ideally in a digitally printed environment.




• Expertise in CAD design, particularly Adobe Suite and AVA (or equivalent).




• A commercial mindset with experience in sales and customer service within the furnishings industry.




• A deep understanding of current home décor trends and the ability to translate them into market-ready designs.




• Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
