Ward G10 is a 32 bedded unit situated at West Suffolk Hospital. This newly built unit provides support to mostly medical patients but on occasions, there is a need to provide support to patients who have influenza or Covid virus.
We are looking to recruit full time registered nurses to join our team on G10 and are especially keen to hear from nurses wishing to work both day and night shifts. On G10, you would work as part of a highly supportive multidisciplinary team.
We pride ourselves on providing compassionate holistic care to all our patients, putting our patient needs and wishes at the heart of everything we do.
As a registered nurse on G10 you will be part of the nursing team, taking responsibility for the care of a group of patients. You will work with the multidisciplinary team, patients, and their families to plan effective and appropriate discharges.
You will use your problem-solving skills alongside clinical decision making.
It is a varied job role, where no two days are the same. You will need good organisational and communication skills and be keen to integrate into a highly supportive multidisciplinary team.
