Joining a small, highly collaborative team of four, you’ll report directly to a supportive and inspiring People Director. The business has an employee population of around 200 and with ongoing growth and transformation, there is plenty of opportunity to make a real impact.
We’re looking for a proactive HR Generalist who can build strong relationships across the business while managing both day-to-day HR and strategic projects focused on workforce planning and culture. As the company is still in its early stages, you’ll need to be comfortable navigating a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment with minimal structure.
Solid business partnering experience in similar creative SME industries is essential for this role in order to hit the ground running and you must be able to demonstrate clear examples of initiatives and senior stakeholder management experience.
The ideal candidate will have a real passion for people, culture and process improvements and want to pursue a long-term career within a people function.
