Manager Hr jobs in France

Group HR Manager, paying upto £70, office based, in 2 locations - Fraserburgh and Aberdeen. You must be able to plan your days around being based in both offices.

International FMCG client.

1. Staff Recruitment & Selection:
   Manage recruitment needs and advertise roles across platforms. Handle application forms, employment inquiries, and assist in the selection process (shortlisting, interviews, references). Notify unsuccessful candidates and issue appointment letters/contracts to successful ones. Conduct right-to-work checks, update attendance records, and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies.
2. Employment Law & Advice:
   Provide guidance on employment law and business practices to management. Review and issue employee contracts, update handbooks, and ensure compliance with UK legislation. Liaise with payroll for new starters and terminations.
3. Training & Development:
   Develop and maintain training programs for staff and management. Arrange external courses, source funding, and review onboarding programs.
4. Absence & Labour Turnover:
   Monitor absence and turnover, conduct welfare interviews, and report to management. Investigate absence issues and handle disciplinary actions.
5. Staff Welfare & Facilities:
   Offer a confidential service for staff grievances and provide advice within company policies and legal boundaries.
6. Miscellaneous Duties:
   Manage the Business Continuity Plan and Works Councils. Handle employee benefits, absence management, and disciplinary procedures. Oversee health checks, appraisals, and time & attendance systems. Ensure compliance with ethical trading and health & safety requirements. Support managers with HR tasks and assist with organisational development. Liaise with unions and handle annual wage negotiations.

What you'll need:

1. Managerial experience within a HR function.
2. Strong people management and communication skills.
3. Stakeholder management experience.
4. Ability to collaborate with and support managers in a variety of people-related issues.
5. Experience of improving operations, data analysis and developing new systems.
6. Problem-solving skills.
7. IT skills.

Base salary - paying upto £70k
Annual Senior Manager bonus based on company performance.
