Job description

Our client is actively seeking a HR manager for a fantastic opportunity to join an independent school based in the Kent area. This role is a stand-alone role focusing on all areas of HR and we are looking for an experienced HR Generalist/HR Business Partner who would be happy leading in a hands-on role.


Duties to include:

  1. Work independently both operationally and strategically across HR.
  2. Work closely with senior stakeholders within the school.
  3. Resolve complex ER cases.
  4. Undergo restructure projects.
  5. Recruitment.
  6. Covering all compliance.

Candidates will have a strong background in a generalist HR role ideally 5+ years. Experience within education would be advantageous.


This role is a full time, permanent role across 40 hours that will be required to be office based 5 days a week. Benefits include 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and additional leave over the Christmas period, up to 10% pension scheme, free daily lunch and snacks, free parking.
