Your new company

• Working with a large contractor who are partnered with a housing association (Warrington area)
• Van + Fuel card provided
• Monday to Friday 8-5

Your new role

• Responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance and repair work in residential properties, ensuring the safety and compliance of all electrical systems in line with current regulations.
• Conduct electrical inspections and testing, ensuring compliance.
• Perform PAT testing, emergency lighting checks, and periodic electrical inspections.
• Looking for someone with a good attitude and work ethic.
• Previous experience in social housing is preferred.
