Multimodal Freight Forwarder – Air & Sea

Airfreight/Seafreight Operator based in Warrington.

Position: Airfreight/Seafreight Operator
Location: Warrington
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:30 – 18:00
Salary: Starting from £28,000 + per year (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Your Role:

• Manage multi-modal shipments (Air Import & Ocean Import) from start to finish
• Coordinate shipping documentation and customs clearance
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and service providers (hauliers, shipping lines, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

• A customer-focused approach with excellent service
• Strong knowledge and experience in customs procedures
• 3+ years of experience in the UK freight forwarding sector, working across multiple transport modes
• Proficiency in logistics systems
• A solid understanding of Incoterms and industry regulations
• End-to-end shipment management experience
• Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
