£26p/h can work CIS or Umbrella

14-week contract

Your new company

• Working with a large contractor who is partnered with a housing association within the voids team (Warrington area).
• Van + fuel card provided.
• Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Your new role

• Acting as a multi-trader, you will need a solid background in at least one trade.
• Joinery & carpentry, kitchen & bathroom fitting, basic plastering, basic plumbing duties (e.g., taps), fitting door handles, painting & decorating.
• Looking for someone with a good attitude and work ethic.
• Experience in social housing is preferred.
