Job DescriptionYour MissionThe Inside Sales Representative is a central figure in our client’s sales engine, responsible for qualifying and converting known target accounts, as well as a wider universe of potential accounts, and ensuring our engagement is timely, data-driven, and effective.
In addition to lead qualification, this role is responsible for stakeholder mapping within identified accounts, ensuring we understand who the decision-makers and influencers are across fleet, sustainability, procurement, and IT. The Inside Sales Rep uses LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, conference lists, and research tools to enrich the CRM and support account-based strategies.
They also act as the regional execution arm for marketing and sales engagement, working closely with the Marketing Automation and Market Intelligence teams to coordinate and follow up on webinars, grants-based outreach, and policy-driven campaigns. Their work ensures accounts are actively moved between tiers and escalated to Strategic Sales or Partners when needed.
QualificationsMust-Have Qualifications:- 2+ years in Inside Sales, Business Development, or B2B lead qualification
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and pipeline hygiene
- Proven experience identifying and mapping stakeholders within target accounts
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or equivalent
- Strong coordination skills (webinar logistics, follow-ups, speaker outreach)
- Strong communicator and team player across global teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential (additional European languages are a plus).
Nice to Haves:- Exposure to EV, clean tech, SaaS, or public sector sales in the UK and European markets
- Experience supporting partner-led sales or channel coordination
- Background in marketing automation systems or webinar tools
- Understanding of fleet operations, procurement cycles, or infrastructure planning

- Systematic and thorough in CRM updates, tagging, and workflows
- Leads local execution of campaigns, webinars, and post-event activities
- Partners with Marketing, Sales, Intelligence, and Channels fluidly
- Proactive and prompt in engaging new leads and follow-ups
- Clear and professional in both internal collaboration and external outreach
Collaboration Touchpoints:- With Marketing Automation: Refine campaign targets, manage CRM quality, and execute localised outreach
- With Market Intelligence Analyst: Use policy, grant, and funding updates to time and prioritise outreach
- With BDMs & Strategic Sales: Identify which accounts are ready for escalation and ensure smooth handovers
- With Channel Team: Route or co-engage leads that may be better suited to indirect sales pathways

- Regional outreach campaigns are executed with discipline and followed up on promptly
- The sales team has clear visibility into who is ready to move, with confidence in lead quality
