Your Mission: Build & Scale the Future of Hiring at Bitfinex

As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across technical and non-technical roles. You’ll use innovative sourcing techniques, recruitment strategies, and automation tools to create a seamless and efficient hiring experience.

On an Average Day, You’ll Be Tasked With…
  1. Full-Cycle Recruitment – Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, across both technical and non-technical roles.
  2. Talent Strategy & Sourcing – Leverage recruitment automation tools and global talent networks to attract top candidates.
  3. Candidate Experience – Ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience while enhancing Bitfinex’s reputation in the global talent market.
  4. Innovative Recruitment Practices – Continuously explore new tools, sourcing methods, and recruitment trends to optimize hiring efficiency.
  5. Collaboration with Hiring Teams – Work closely with department leads and executives to align hiring needs with business objectives.
  6. Data-Driven Decision Making – Use recruitment analytics and KPIs to track success and optimize strategies.
What You Bring to the Table
  1. 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, covering both Technical Roles (Engineering & Development) and Non-Technical (Including Compliance, Risk, & Regulatory Affairs).
  2. Global recruitment experience, with the ability to source, attract, and engage talent across multiple geographies and industries.
  3. Strong knowledge of latest recruitment tools, automation platforms, ATS systems, and passive candidate engagement strategies.
  4. A well-established network of industry connections, with the ability to tap into hidden talent pools.
  5. Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with a track record of scaling teams efficiently.
  6. A data-driven mindset, using recruitment analytics to optimize hiring strategies.
  7. Based in the CET (Central European Time) region or willing to work within CET and LATAM time zones.
