Creative Lead - 12 month FTC
Location: Stirling
The Creative Lead will oversee the design/creative function & production of creative assets to support Marketing campaigns and client engagement, ensuring alignment with the company's brand strategy and objectives. This role involves managing a team of creative professionals, collaborating with various departments, and delivering high-quality creative solutions that drive engagement and business growth.
The role is a hands-on position that will oversee the production of regulatory documents; digital media (email/web graphics); exhibition material; video production; and brochures, magazines, and PDFs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of designers and other creative professionals to produce innovative and effective marketing materials.
- Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the company's brand and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and other internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution.
- Oversee the entire creative process, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and consistency across all creative outputs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the creative process and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Manage relationships with external creative agencies and vendors as needed.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within a creative agency or marketing department.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and campaigns.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing principles, and digital media.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with video production and editing.
- Knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles.
- Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
