Permanent Position Required: Infrastructure Engineer

My client, a not for profit organisation based in central London seeks an Infrastructure Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

Location: UK-based (2 days per week office attendance required)

The Infrastructure Engineer will:

1. Provide 2nd/3rd line IT support and infrastructure maintenance (30-40% of role)
2. Lead IT infrastructure projects and technical readiness activities
3. Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions
4. Manage cloud and on-premises infrastructure maintenance
5. Support security compliance and DR testing
6. Assist in cloud migration projects

The Infrastructure Engineer will have:

1. Experience supporting hybrid infrastructure (on-premise, hosted, cloud)
2. Strong knowledge of Office365 suite, Intune, Azure AD
3. Proficiency in Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Windows 11
4. Network security expertise (Firewalls, DNS, DHCP, Wi-fi, VLAN, VPN, Cisco Meraki)
5. Cloud platform experience (Azure)
6. ITIL certification (desirable)
7. Excellent communication and relationship management skills
8. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
