Requirements

We are looking for self-driven, and highly motivated Junior Sales Consultants. In this role, you will be focusing on commercial finance and you will be responsible for gathering information to understand our customer’s commercial funding needs and passing over these qualified sales leads to our senior sales team.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

1. Conducting outbound, lead generation calls to prospective and existing finance business customers across the UK.
2. Establishing customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
3. Acting as the customer’s account executive or account manager.
4. Creating relationships with our customers, giving them a world class service.
5. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPI's.

The Team

Our Junior Sales Consultants sit within our lead generation team and are pivotal to the success of Think Business Loans. By being the first point of contact for our customer’s sales journey, they ensure they deliver on the world-class human service that Bionic Group is known for.

• Outstanding Communication Skills: This is key when building relationships with your customers, ensuring they receive a world-class experience every time.

• Passion for Sales: You thrive in a target-driven role and enjoy the challenge of meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Ability to Work Under Pressure: Thinking on your feet and reacting to the fast-paced nature of the sales industry is crucial.
