This team works globally, handling all technical aspects of the business and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Clearly communicate the benefits and values of our solutions to clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with clients, partners, and product teams to define technical and business requirements for complex deployments involving integration with our SDK and APIs.
- Contribute to technical sales proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
- Create and communicate detailed documentation, such as statements of work, integration plans, and success criteria, to ensure successful business delivery.
- Identify gaps in our offerings and contribute to the growth of our partner network to address these gaps.
- Stay on top of trends in the transit and payments industries, contributing to ideas for product innovation.
Requirements
Ideally, you'll have:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience after completing a degree in computing science, software engineering, business and IT, or a related field.
- Experience in retail or high transactional payments (essential).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a pre-sales technical role, management consultancy, or similar capacity, ideally within the transport or payments industries.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to various audiences, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead an independent workstream while contributing to team objectives.
- Experience responding to bids and tenders as part of formal procurement processes.
- Ability to assist technical stakeholders with integrating APIs and SDKs, with a solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration patterns.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to adapt, learn, overcome challenges, and drive impact.
- Proven experience analysing customer requirements and developing optimal solutions for stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SaaS, API-driven technologies, and third-party integrations.
