Job Description

? Location: Sheffield or London

Permanent, fulltime

Up to £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Hybrid: Minimum of 2 days in the office per week

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive our most customer-critical software implementation projects. This role involves overseeing large-scale cloud migrations, software upgrades, and strategic technology initiatives, all aimed at shaping the future of financial services technology.

What will the role involve?

1. Leading and delivering large, complex cloud migrations, software upgrades, and enterprise-wide implementations.
2. Managing key stakeholder relationships internally and externally, ensuring projects align with business objectives.
3. Overseeing project planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and governance with a strategic mindset.
4. Driving project performance by proactively identifying risks, resolving challenges, and ensuring smooth execution.
5. Providing leadership and mentorship to Project Managers and junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

We want to hear from you if you bring expertise in enterprise-level software implementation delivery and possess most of the following:

1. 7+ years of Project Management experience in customer-focused software delivery.
2. A strong background in enterprise software implementations, upgrades, and on-premises to cloud migrations.
3. Demonstrated success in delivering high-value, complex projects within structured governance frameworks.
4. Extensive experience in budget management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement at a senior level.
5. Ability to tackle escalations and critical project challenges, driving initiatives back on track.
6. A confident leader with exceptional communication skills and face-to-face client interaction experience.
7. A proactive, results-driven approach with expertise in managing change within a large ecosystem.
