It’s a formula for success that’s already trusted by top-tier clients like the BBC, BAE, HG Capital, and Toyota. Together, we’re shaping the future—and we want you to be a part of it.

About you:

You are a hardworking and adaptable professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work—no task is too big or too small if it contributes to the success of the project. You thrive in managing multiple complex, global projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction. You are highly proactive, willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done, and comfortable working across different levels of responsibility.

You build strong relationships, work collaboratively with colleagues, and maintain a client-focused approach at all times. You are commercially savvy, balancing client needs with business priorities while ensuring smooth operations. You are self-motivated, highly organised, and comfortable working remotely, with occasional travel to client sites and our London or Birmingham offices (travel expenses reimbursed).

Some of the excellent skills you can bring to the team are…

  • Ability to work across multiple projects and balance competing priorities.
  • Hardworking and solutions-focused, willing to take on any task necessary to keep projects on track.
  • Seamless agility to accommodate client demands while balancing business needs.
  • Proven relationship management skills, with credibility among senior clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, adapting style to meet different audiences.
  • The drive and confidence to take initiative, lead, and problem-solve effectively.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight.
  • Experience in resource allocation and process improvement.
  • A self-starting approach with a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities, from strategic planning to hands-on execution.
  • Experience working and operating remotely.

About the role:

Our Senior Project Managers work closely with their line manager, the Client Director, to oversee and manage a portfolio of client projects while driving business growth and ensuring operational efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship management skills who can balance client needs, financial oversight, and portfolio performance. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction.

Below are a few of the great things that you would be doing…

Client & Account Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client updates, project delivery, issue resolution, and data tracking.
  • Attend and lead client meetings, ensuring projects stay on track and identifying account growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of client account plans, aligning with business objectives.

Project and Portfolio Oversight

  • Manage and implement the scope of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with deadlines, budgets, and desired outcomes.
  • Oversee project management processes, ensuring smooth contracting-to-cash and revenue tracking.
  • Resource internal consultants to meet project and client requirements efficiently.
  • Manage consultant and partner/supplier engagement to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.

Quality, Risk & Process Improvement

  • Develop and implement quality management plans to uphold high standards across all projects.
  • Conduct risk planning, monitoring, mitigation, and reporting to safeguard project success.
  • Drive continuous improvement and contribute to the development of project and programme management capabilities.
